Various parameters are necessary to determine the optimal therapy. In addition to considering contraindications and patient specifics, such as kidney damage, the recommendation algorithm takes into account the balance between effect and side effects, and makes recommendations based on these considerations.
The color coding - green for "recommendation", yellow for "suboptimal" and red for "contraindicated" - allows an efficient use of the software.

Therapy overview and comparison
Evidence about therapies is evaluated and standardized. Therapies can be ranked according to different endpoints, e.g. response rates, selectable efficacy endpoints (e.g,HbA1c, MACE, body weight, systolic blood pressure), off-label use, side effect frequency and price.
The evidence behind values is accessible. Sources are evaluated according to neutrality and methodology assessment algorithms.

Automated alert system
Digital health is progressing and provides the biggest benefit to patients, but doctors do not have the time to actively use many different computer programs in their daily work.
We integrate the decision support software seamlessly into the workflow of the doctor.
This allows doctors to actively access the software, but they are also notified if our system detects a mismatch based on patient data and therapy data or has a suggestion for improvement.
We adapt notifications and the algorithm, which decides when and to whom a notification is displayed, to the needs of the doctor or institution.
We address interoperability specifications that are used as standard in medicine, e.g. FHIR or HL7, and can also adapt to individual interoperability specifications.
Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is an interoperability specification for the digital exchange of healthcare information.
We prefer to use SNOMED and LOINC for the transmission of health data. ICD-10 data can also be processed in RAMPmedical. ICD-10 related inaccuracies are solved by conversion using proprietary algorithms.
