How can I access the software?


Once you successfully made an account and received your password, you can go to web.rampmedical.com and enter with your credentials.
You can use it in all the browsers, on your computer, your tablet, or your smartphone.
RAMPmedical app is available in the Google Play Store. We are working on the iOS version.




How does payment and billing work?


You can subscribe via Paypal or by direct debit from your bank account. You will get charged once per month until you cancel your account. To learn more about plans and pricing please visit our Pricing section.




I forgot my username or password.


Please send us an email to service@rampmedical. com or complete the following form: here. Include your name and last name so we can send you new credentials.




I have technical problems. What can I do?


Please contact us at service@rampmedical.com. If you wish you can include your telephone number so that we can communicate with you. A technical member of our team will reply as soon as possible.




How can I cancel my account?


There are 3 options to cancel your account.

  • You can cancel your membership by sending an email to service@rampmedical.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” and your personal details (name and lastname).
  • If you are subscripted by Paypal, you can cancel the account through their platform.
  1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
  2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
  3. Select Payments on the top menu, next to “Security”.
  4. Select View in “Manage your Automatic Payments”.
  5. Click on Henisaja GmbH.
  6. Click on Cancel.
  7. Confirm on the pop-up by clicking on Cancel Automatic Payments.
  • If you are subscripted through a Direct Debit mandate you can cancel:
  • Directly with your bank or via your online banking.
  • Or by submitting a ticket with GoCardless to request the cancellation here: https://support.gocardless.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    If you submit a ticket with GoCardless, please ensure you include the email address you've registered against your authorisation and include our name: Henisaja GmbH (RAMPmedical).




How does the recommendation system work?


You can refer RAMPmedical to colleagues and health professionals or students and get a special price. The new member needs to put your name and last name during the registration. We will process and verify the information. Then, both of you (the referred and the referrer) will receive a 50% discount on your subscription for the next 5 years. This means that if you are a professional, you will pay 25€ per month. In the same way, if you are a student you the price per month is 5€. The referral program cannot be combined with another starting discount.




How can I make a suggestion?


If you have an idea for a new feature, please let us know! Send it to service@rampmedical.com. It’s important to note that we consider all suggestions, but we can’t implement every idea. We are developing new diseases as well, you can vote on the next one here.

Can I try the software?


Yes! You can try the software for one day. Unfortunately, if you don’t have an access code, you need to wait until the 4th of May. Do you want to join our network and have access to the pre-release version? Click here.

Can I use it on my phone?


You can go to web.rampmedical.com and enter with your credentials. You can also download RAMPmedical app from the Google Play store.




I do not want to jump from my clinic software to other softwares. Is it possible to have RAMPmedical integrated into my clinic software?


Yes, it is possible. If you are interested please contact us here. RAMPmedical complies with interoperability standards in healthcare (FHIR v4), and universal coding systems like SNOMED, ICD-10, LOINC, PZN, RxNorm, and CASRN which allows an integration within your own software.




Two different patients will respond differently to the same treatment. Can your software differentiate those two patients and adapt which therapy to give?


Yes. To do so we score the reliability of our sources and the similarity of the participants of studies to the patient's characteristics to calculate personalized outcomes for each patient.




How can I know where the values displayed are coming from?


By clicking on the values, a panel opens with the list of all the sources that were used to calculate the value, with their respective values, their reliability, and a link to the source itself.




How can I know why a drug is not recommended for my patient?


Patient characteristics might trigger warnings on therapies. These warnings detail briefly the reason of the warning and the measure that is to take (e.g., adapt the dose, stop the therapy). All the details are also given on the therapy detail page, accessed by clicking on a therapy.




The guidelines in my country are not the most up to date. Can I access multiple guidelines with RAMPmedical?


Yes, RAMPmedical include national and international guidelines. For example, for type 2 diabetes, the guidelines provided are DDG (Germany), EASD (Europe), and ADA (USA).
